Products And Flowers

Blooming Flowers provides fresh flower bouquets, flower baskets, floral arrangements and related gift products.

Flowers are natural and seasonal products. Colours, sizes and individual flower varieties may therefore vary slightly from photographs shown on our website.

Product photographs are intended to represent the overall style, colour and character of an arrangement rather than guarantee the exact appearance of every individual stem.

Flower Substitutions

Availability of particular flowers can change because of seasonality, supply and flower quality.

Where a particular flower or foliage is unavailable, we may substitute it with another suitable variety of a similar colour, style, quality and value.

Our aim is always to preserve the overall appearance and character of the arrangement ordered.

Packaging, wrapping, ribbons, baskets, vases and other presentation materials may also vary depending on availability.

Prices

All prices displayed on our website are shown in euro unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change from time to time. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed, subject to any obvious pricing or technical error.

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Orders

An order is not considered accepted until it has been successfully submitted and payment has been authorised.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including where:

• A product is unavailable

• Delivery cannot reasonably be completed

• Incorrect information has been supplied

• A pricing or website error has occurred

• We suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity

If we are unable to fulfil an order that has already been paid for, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available through our website.

Orders will not normally be prepared or dispatched until payment has been successfully authorised.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate recipient and delivery information.

Please ensure that the recipient's name, address, Eircode where available, telephone number and any relevant delivery instructions are correct.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied when ordering.

Recipient Not Available

Where the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the flowers may, where appropriate and safe to do so:

• Be left in a suitable location

• Be left with a neighbour

• Be returned for redelivery or collection

• Be handled according to the delivery provider's normal procedure

The appropriate course of action will depend on the location, weather conditions, product and circumstances of the delivery.

Delivery Times

While we make every reasonable effort to deliver orders on the requested date, specific delivery times cannot normally be guaranteed unless explicitly agreed in advance.

Circumstances outside our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, courier disruption or other unforeseen events, may occasionally affect delivery.

Cancellations And Changes

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Because flowers are perishable and arrangements may be prepared specifically for an individual order, cancellation or amendment may not always be possible once preparation or delivery has begun.

Where we are able to accommodate a change, we will do our best to assist.

Fresh Flowers And Perishable Products

Fresh flowers are perishable goods and their lifespan varies depending on the variety, environment and care received after delivery.

Customers and recipients should follow any flower care instructions provided.

We cannot guarantee a specific vase life for fresh flowers.

Problems With An Order

If flowers arrive damaged, significantly below the expected standard or materially different from the order placed, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

We may ask for photographs of the flowers or packaging so that we can assess the issue.

Where a genuine problem has occurred, we will determine an appropriate solution, which may include replacement, partial refund or full refund depending on the circumstances.

Gift Messages

Customers are responsible for checking the wording of any gift message entered during checkout.

We may reproduce the message exactly as submitted and are not responsible for spelling, grammar or other errors entered by the customer.

We reserve the right not to reproduce messages containing unlawful, threatening or seriously offensive material.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and other information on our website are accurate.

Occasional errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct information at any time.
